Our History

Riccatti Business College of East Africa(RBC) was established in June 2004.The college has two campuses; Kitengela campus and Wote campus. Kitengela campus is located at Milele Centre, on 3rd Floor opposite Kitengela Mall. Wote campus is located at Nesa Plaza (Kwa Sinuka).  The idea of setting up a college began way back in 1994/1995, after a quantitative and qualitative analysis research was conducted on the demand for training services within Nairobi region. However, the required capital wasn’t available at that time. The idea was revisited years later and subsequently RBC was founded in June 2004 as a Private Limited Company. Since then, enquiries and enrolment numbers have been growing steadily. Kitengela campus was opened in 2004 and Wote campus was opened in 2015.The current student population is 1000.This number is expected to increase in the coming years.

The College was formed with the intention of offering Quality Career Training at affordable rates. Programmes are tailored to meet the demands of post-secondary learners, the working class and the corporate clients, in Business Studies, Hospitality and Catering, Information Communication Technology(ICT), Community Development and Social Work. All these academic and professional programmes are offered at various levels right from Artisan, Certificate to Diploma. The RBC is managed by Board of Directors, Management Board and the Principal being the secretary to the Management Board.

Our strategic direction focuses on creating linkage and collaborations with local and international educational institutions. To date, we are accredited to administer exams for Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), CISCO and ICDL Africa.

2004 Riccatti F founded as a private Education intuition MOHEST
2006 Pioneer in receiving ISO 9001:2008.Quality management system from

KEBS, in education sector.
2007 Trainer of trainers ISO 901:2008.
2010 Pioneer in setting up mobile computer classes

Quality Policy

The RBC Top Management and staff are committed to provide affordable quality training services in the East African region to the existing and potential customers through timely and accurate provision of training services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

In pursuit of this commitment, the top management have established this RBC quality policy. The policy forms a framework for the established Quality objectives. This RBC quality policy has been communicated to the Riccatti Business College employees and availed to relevant interested parties. The Quality policy and the Quality objectives are reviewed regularly for suitability and adequacy. The Quality policy is committed to conforming to ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements, compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and continual improvement of RBC quality management system
